The Business Development Agent will focus on acquiring and converting property management clients while engaging with buyers, sellers, and tenants through the company’s extensive network.

Responsibilities
Build relationships and convert leads into buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants that may become future buyers
Onboard new property management clients and educate them on our services and platform
Conduct tours, listing presentations, and open houses
Lease vacant homes and ensure the property portfolio is rented to full capacity
Run CMAs for rental and sale value of company-generated listings
Attend, host, and participate in networking and community events to promote our services
Execute marketing and business strategies focused on increasing revenue
Log all sales and business development activities in the CRM
Qualification
Required
Active Real Estate License
Proven experience in sales, business development, or public-facing roles
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Time management skills with the ability to manage a busy pipeline and follow-up cadence
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-only environment
Preferred
Experience in property management, residential leasing, or real estate investing
Familiarity with CRM systems, AppFolio, MLS, or similar platforms
Strong public speaking, networking, and relationship-building abilities
A proven track record as a top producer or “hunter” in business development roles
