Responsibilities

Provide tax compliance and consulting services for flow-through entities (partnerships, LLCs, S corporations) across multiple industries
Work with clients to minimize federal, state, and local tax liabilities
Oversee complex tax research projects and deliver innovative tax planning strategies
Serve as the primary client contact for all tax matters
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
Review work prepared by tax seniors and associates, providing feedback and guidance
Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members
Foster a collaborative team environment and support professional development initiatives
Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools, participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use, and consistently demonstrate alignment with BPM’s values

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA license (or in progress) or EA certification required
Minimum of 3–5 years in public accounting with a focus on flow-through taxation
Strong technical knowledge of partnership and S corporation taxation
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and delegate effectively
Proficiency in tax research and planning strategies

Preferred

Preferred experience in industries such as real estate, venture capital, private equity, crypto, or consumer goods
Prior experience from Big 4 or large regional firms is a plus
