CSS - Administrative Assistant
Malone University is committed to providing an education based on biblical faith. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide leadership and stability to the day-to-day office operations of the Center for Student Success through administrative support.

Responsibilities
General office duties including Answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining general office files, and providing word processing services
Office management/coordination including Maintaining office supplies, requesting maintenance and IT support as needed, and maintaining quality appearance of office suite
Manage the office student worker staff, which includes evaluating the need, interviewing, hiring, training and providing daily oversight and evaluation
Test Coordination: including testing accommodations, ACT Residual, and CLEP. Assist with advisor assignments, major changes, and registration workshops. Support marketing efforts - Help create, update, and distribute promotional materials such as pamphlets, flyers, major sheets, and other related resources
Be the initial point of contact for those entering the Center; answering questions as needed and/or directing visitors to the appropriate contact
Maintain the hard copy filing system to ensure documents are filed accurately and in a timely manner, and scan/index documents to OnBase
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Word
Utilization of Google email and calendars
Excellent communication skills
Highly detail–oriented
Highly organized
Ability to work well under pressure
Openness to the use of and training in computer technology as needed
Strong multi-tasking skills
People-oriented
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
2-3 years of administrative support experience
