Lead and evolve business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Build, scale, and refine operational frameworks to support business growth

Ensure effective execution of processes across departments with a focus on continuous improvement

Oversee system implementation and management, including operational tools, platforms, and infrastructure

Lead resource planning, allocation, and optimization across teams

Establish and track KPIs to monitor performance and drive accountability

Leverage a strong resource management background to ensure workforce efficiency and adaptability to changing project demands

Partner with department heads to ensure streamlined communication and operational alignment

Drive initiatives that improve workflow, productivity, and service delivery

Serve as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, both internal and external

Act in a client-facing capacity, ensuring alignment with expectations, delivering solutions, and fostering long-term relationships

Participate in long-term strategic planning and annual goal setting

Provide operational insights and recommendations to executive leadership

Demonstrate good commercial acumen by contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization initiatives
