Responsibilities
Provide qualified, confirmed company leads and create new opportunities through outbound calling and self-generated leads
Work onsite at the El Cajon, CA location
Manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities
Utilize CRM systems for tracking leads and customer follow-up
Qualification
Required
At least two (2) years of inside solar sales experience
Ability to work onsite at our El Cajon, CA location
Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing
Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
Strong typing skills to keep up with CRM notes and customer follow-up
