Responsibilities
Execute IT projects such as:
• Office 365 setup and migrations
• Server installations (on-premise and cloud-based)
• Network infrastructure setups (firewalls, switches, wireless, etc.)
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to scope and deliver successful projects
• Document procedures, configurations, and outcomes clearly
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience in an MSP or IT project-focused environment
Solid expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and common IT infrastructure
Expertise with networking concepts and equipment (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
Stable job length history, minimum 3+ years in previous jobs
This is remote position, candidate does not need to be in commutable distance to Brooklyn, New York
Preferred
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
Experience with PSA/RMM tools like Autotask, ConnectWise, N-able, etc
