Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the Inside Sales team to achieve and exceed annual sales goals

Develop and execute strategies that align with PMX’s overall business objectives

Manage day-to-day operations — including pipeline development, forecasting, and sales cycle management — to ensure consistent results and strong performance

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers through effective negotiation and collaboration

Mentor and develop sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth

Partner cross-functionally with other departments to achieve company-wide goals

Oversee reporting, compliance, and departmental policies to ensure smooth operations and accurate forecasting

Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment
