Responsibilities
Support laboratory operations with a focus on Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) and analyzer-to-LIS interfacing under the supervision of the POC Associate Director
Ensure accurate test results
Ensure seamless instrument connectivity
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with the Beaker project team
Collaborate with LIS analysts
Collaborate with clinical departments to validate, maintain, and optimize POCT workflows and instrument interfaces
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
Experience in Point-of-Care Testing (POCT)
Knowledge of laboratory operations and regulatory standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
