Responsibilities

Assist in product development and merchandising in home decor categories, aligning product strategy with brand vision, customer data, and seasonal trends
Assist in onboarding new artisans and brands in home decorPartner with external stakeholders to develop new product lines, shaping assortment, pricing, and trend direction
Collaborate with engineering on AI models
Contribute to product experimentation cycles, providing merchandising hypotheses and insights based on performance data

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience in merchandising, with a particular emphasis on home decor
Previous experience in home decor product development and sourcing
Prior work at a design-forward or luxury brand
Strong visual taste and ability to independently merchandise across style aesthetics and price tiers
Experience managing vendor or designer relationships to develop new products or collections
Comfortable operating independently and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Preferred

Exposure to AI/ML tools in a merchandising or product recommendation context
Existing relationships with influencer agencies, stylists, or interior designers
Experience in PR or event-based merchandising (e.g., for showrooms, pop-ups, launch events)
