Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support Regional Sales Managers across East and West regions to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Partner with leadership to develop and execute regional sales strategies, monitor sales metrics, and champion a high-performance culture
Mentor and develop sales leaders through coaching, performance appraisals, and development plans
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of New Home Advisors and facilitate sales enablement initiatives
Monitor market conditions, recommend marketing or incentive programs, and lead market analysis
Collaborate with Marketing, Construction, and Operations to align promotions, lead generation, and home delivery
Drive strategic recommendations to optimize divisional performance
Ensure divisional execution of community and model home standards
Participate in Manager-level training and engage in executive meetings to shape company-wide initiatives and strategic goals
Partner with the President of Simplicity Homes on strategic initiatives and leadership

Qualification

Required

Minimum 12 years of new home sales or home‑building experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple regions or sales divisions
Strong leadership, customer engagement, and sales strategy development
Advanced computer skills, including Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
A valid real estate license is required within six months of hire
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current liability insurance are essential
A background check will be conducted

Preferred

Build-on-your-lot builder experience is a plus
A bachelor's degree is preferred
