Responsibilities

Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
Ability to coach and lead a team
Assist Front Desk Manager in hiring, training and supervising staff
Professionally greet members and guests
Scan membership ID’s
Answer phones
Update members’ accounts
Maintain an orderly lobby area
Availability to work flexible hours including opening shifts and weekends

Qualification

Customer service experienceComputer literacyTeam leadershipInterest in healthFitnessProfessional demeanor

Required

Previous experience in customer service
Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
Interested in health, fitness, and/or sports
