Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator
CrossCheck Studios is a next-gen Gen-Z media company specializing in trend-forward storytelling and creator-led campaigns. They are seeking a Social Media Coordinator + Content Creator to manage social channels, develop strategies, and support branded campaigns while staying attuned to cultural trends.

Responsibilities
Run and maintain CrossCheck Studios’ social channels with consistent, platform-native content
Ideate, pitch, and develop creative concepts rooted in Gen-Z culture, internet trends, creator behavior, and emerging formats
Publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; light editing skills a plus
Build and manage social content calendars for CrossCheck and select creator/client accounts
Capture behind-the-scenes moments at shoots and events when needed
Monitor channels, track performance, and pull insights to inform future strategy
Research creators, trends, formats, platform updates, cultural moments, and competitive landscapes
Help pull data and compile post-campaign reports with actionable insights
Contribute to brainstorms across creative, talent, production, and social teams
Work closely with Creative, Production, and Talent teams to execute social deliverables end-to-end
Assist with asset organization, scheduling, and on-set support when needed
Gain exposure to full campaign life cycles, from pitch to launch
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, influencer marketing, or digital production
Deep understanding of Gen-Z culture, TikTok language, creator ecosystems, and viral trends
Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
Baseline editing/posting skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple timelines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with initiative, curiosity, and collaborative energy
Preferred
Understanding of sports, fan culture, or live moments (NFL, NBA, UFC, etc.)
Experience building social strategy for creators or lifestyle brands
Adobe Suite or Canva skills
