Sales Development Representative - iWorQ
iWorQ, based in Logan, Utah, is seeking ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our growing team. This position involves conducting outbound cold calls to city and county governments nationwide, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling demos for Account Executives.

Responsibilities
Conduct 75 or more cold calls per day to introduce iWorQ’s software solutions
Research and generate your own leads through proactive outreach
Professionally engage city representatives to identify and reach decision-makers
Clearly communicate software benefits and schedule qualified demos
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within CRM (Pipedrive)
Meet and exceed established call and demo quotas
Collaborate with Account Executives to support the sales pipeline
Qualification
Required
Comfortable and confident making 75+ cold calls daily
Self-directed with strong time-management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Coachable/Trainable: must be able to learn about the product and apply it effectively
PC proficient: must be able to navigate between screens/tabs and programs efficiently
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems preferred (Pipedrive preferred)
Previous outbound sales experience is preferred but not required
