Senior Account Manager, Paid Social
BMG360 is a high growth, private equity backed, tech enabled marketing agency specializing in direct response advertisements. The Senior Account Manager, Paid Social will drive the implementation and performance of paid social strategies for clients, manage campaign strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

Responsibilities
Drive the implementation and overall performance of paid social strategies for your book of clients (typically 4-5)
Fully manage campaign strategy, activation, optimization and daily client communication
Prepare and lead client communications through Slack/Email and video calls with little to no direction from department leadership
Collect and analyze data, hypothesize and execute tests to continuously improve performance
Collaborate with cross functional creative and CRO teams to strategize and test high converting creative and landing pages in support of paid media performance
Build reports and dashboards to transparently collaborate with our clients
Assist with Client Onboarding and prospective client audits
Strong knowledge of pixel tracking, UTM syntax, Conversions API, and Landing Pages
Assist with PTO account coverage across the paid social department as needed
Contribute to Paid Social Thought Leadership with the greater department
Assist in training junior team members on ad ops/execution of campaigns
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of full-time experience working in Paid Social advertising, ideally within an agency environment
Extensive experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social or search platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work both individually and in a team/client environment – strong ability to articulate and document analysis findings
Confident and comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization (from department heads to senior/executive level) and developing relationships with multiple clients
Deep understanding of Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and/or TikTok ads along with a working knowledge of how Google Ads, Display Ads, Programmatic Ads, other paid social platforms (such as Pinterest and Snapchat), and other digital marketing mediums operate
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and Excel/Google Sheets
Outstanding organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and client accounts while meeting deadlines
Proficient reporting ability: Google Sheets/Excel, Data warehouses (ie. Funnel, Supermetrics) Pivot Tables, Data Visualization, etc
