Responsibilities
Design scalable solutions and lead end-to-end architecture for complex business challenges
Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate architectural decisions
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and proactively identify problem statements with innovative solutions
Provide thought leadership and act as a technical subject matter expert for clients
Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
Serve as a technical team leader to US based and international project teams
Ability to efficiently manage several projects at one time
Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently, multi-task, allocate time appropriately and prioritize effectively
Produce blueprints and documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience of relevant, client-facing experience
Strong, hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Deep understanding of Apex, LWC, API integration patterns, OAuth, data modeling, and Salesforce security
Ability to create PoCs quickly and effectively
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Experience with Mulesoft, AWS, or other integration platforms
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit)
Certified Application Architect / System Architect
Strong organizational, consulting, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills
Preferred
