Responsibilities
Perform standard analytical tests and experiments using techniques such as FTIR, SEM/EDS, Raman, PLM, or other instrumental methods
Prepare and analyze samples, ensuring accuracy, precision, and adherence to SOPs and QA/QC protocols
Assist in method development, validation, and troubleshooting under guidance from senior scientists
Interpret and summarize experimental data; prepare clear and concise technical reports
Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards
Collaborate with project teams to support research, commercial, or environmental testing initiatives
Participate in laboratory safety practices, training, and continuous improvement activities
Communicate effectively with internal team members, supervisors, and clients regarding project status and findings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related scientific discipline
0–2 years of relevant laboratory or research experience (internships or academic research acceptable)
Familiarity with standard laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Proficiency in data analysis software and laboratory information management systems (LIMS) preferred
