Sales Development Representative - TextMyGov
iWorQ Systems is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their TextMyGov team. The SDR will reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and set up meetings to demonstrate the benefits of their software, playing a vital role in customer engagement and support.

Responsibilities
Make 75-95 cold calls daily to government agencies
Identify and qualify leads through effective communication
Schedule demos for Account Executives
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Maintain accurate records of activities in our CRM (Pipedrive)
Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable making a high volume of calls
Open to feedback and eager to learn - coachability is essential
High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred
Sales or a customer-facing experience is a plus
CRM experience is a plus
