Responsibilities

Respond to resident requests for maintenance
Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
Complete necessary repairs to building exteriors and common areas as assigned by Supervisor
Complete Unit Turns
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation and repair
Adhere to the company’s safety program rules, attend safety meetings and performs all duties in a safe manner

General maintenance experienceElectrical repairPlumbing repairCarpentryAppliance installationHVAC experienceCPO certificationEnglish language proficiency

Required

1+ years of hands on general maintenance experience
Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and vehicle registration/insurance required
Required to work on-call duty, weekends and may be required to live on-site
Required to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner
Pre-employment background check, DMV record search and drug screening required

Trade School or Maintenance Training Program Preferred
HVAC experience preferred but not required
CPO preferred but not required
