Responsibilities
Owning the complete production pipeline from initial concept to final mix
Producing original songs across genres, finetuning AI models and tools
Evaluating AI model outputs and providing quality feedback in a structured manner
Managing and guiding external producers creatively and technically
Researching emerging audio trends and integrating new production techniques
Collaborating with our team of experienced creatives and engineers
Qualification
Required
Expert-level proficiency in DAWs, mixing, mastering, and sound design
Proven track record of high-quality productions with demonstrable success
Versatile ability to execute on creative input across multiple genres
Ability to rapidly and independently adapt to new musical styles and challenges
Deep passion for innovation and willingness to stay on top of trends and technologies
