Responsibilities
Take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site
Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done
Take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet
Leverage your people management skills to help your team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
10+ years of management experience and/or technical Electrical and Control Systems experience
Demonstrate working knowledge and comprehension of Power Distribution, Auxiliary Systems, and Control Systems
Competency in troubleshooting and diagnosing Electrical, Control Systems, and Instrumentation related issues
Prior experience managing contractors and strong background in interdisciplinary coordination
Preferred
Construction and/or Start-up experience in Pharmaceutical Facilities
Fundamental knowledge in reviewing Electrical Drawings (Power Plans, Single Line Diagrams, Panel Schedules, Ladder Logic, Loop Drawings)
OSHA 30 training
