Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, physicians, and management across various medical departments

Document work processes as required to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with departmental protocols

Ensure efficient telephone and email communication to facilitate scheduling and address inquiries from patients and other stakeholders
