This leadership role focuses on business development targeting private sector clients and aims to expand ATCS’ Land Development footprint in the Hampton Roads region.

Developing and nurturing land development client relationships in the Hampton Roads area
Identifying new project pursuits
Marketing ATCS’ land development offerings
Developing proposals for new pursuits
Client and project management
Overseeing delivery of site development projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Planning, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management
Demonstrated history of technical expertise in residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional land development engineering
Existing strong relationships with private-sector builders, developers, landowners, and local agencies
Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to effectively oversee staff, projects, and multiple priorities
Expert in land development and permitting processing in jurisdictions throughout Hampton Roads; with extensive experience in site development design and management of design staff
Ability to travel as needed
