Responsibilities
Creating videos and visual content using internal and third-party AI tools across multiple genres and formats
Building scalable AI video production workflows that go from concept to content in lightspeed
A/B testing visual styles, formats, and storytelling approaches to maximize engagement and watchtime
Staying ahead of visual trends across social media platforms to lead the curve rather than follow it
Building comprehensive libraries of visual assets, prompts, and workflows for rapid content iteration
Managing partner creators in a scalable yet productive manner
Keeping artistic oversight to maintain brand standards across all products
Collaborating with our engineering team to optimize processes, systems and output quality
Qualification
Required
Extensive portfolio of AI-generated content across diverse visual styles and formats
Expert-level proficiency with AI video tools as well as traditional production software
Good knowledge of platform-specific optimization and audience engagement strategies
Experience in managing creative workflows and production pipelines
Communication skills to enable collaboration across production, marketing, and engineering
You thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
