Encore Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst in the Financial Services domain. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business operations and drive performance.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders, including management, users, and IT teams, to understand business needs

Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and document detailed business requirements

Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement or new opportunities

Map current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to optimize workflows

Work with process owners to design and implement improvements to business operations

Develop functional specifications and system requirements documentation

Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to justify new initiatives

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with business needs

Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors

Provide updates to stakeholders on project progress and highlight any potential risks or issues

Assist in training staff and end-users on new systems or processes

Participate in project planning, timeline management, and resource allocation

Ensure project goals and deliverables are met on time and within budget

Assist in risk management and ensure compliance with company policies

Support the testing of new solutions to ensure they meet business requirements

Review test cases, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide feedback for refinement

Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of new processes or systems

Prepare regular reports on business performance and improvement initiatives
