Responsibilities
Monthly reporting, financial planning, forecasting and analysis of results, including managing P&L dashboards and providing detailed analysis regarding performance against prior year, budget and forecast
Consolidation of quarterly financial statements for various locations and reconcile between local and US GAAP bases of accounting
Reconciliation and review of quarterly balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Financial system updates and implementations for both existing and acquired business units
Hands on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, OneStream, and Alteryx
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with a graduation date of June 2028 or earlier
Completion of accounting, finance, financial modeling, and/or business intelligence courses
Strong familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to tell a compelling story with data, clearly communicate insights, and create impactful presentations using PowerPoint
Preferred
Strong analytical skills, at a summary and detailed level, as well as strong time management abilities
Ability to manage and ensure completion of a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities
Exposure to OnesStream Planning and/or PeopleSoft applications
