Responsibilities

You will be servicing CT (Catscan) & MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). May be required to attend additional training and service additional modalities based on workload and utilization
You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthineers equipment
You will be responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction
You will help manage financial performance within your territory through inventory management, time management, and timely service call closure
You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc
Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately

Required

Minimum high school diploma
Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, torque wrenches, etc.)
Ability to work individually and in a team setting
Proficiency in MS Office applications
7+ years' experience of complex electro-mechanical, or as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed
Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required
Physical Requirements: Lifting 50lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high-reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and ability to work alone
Highly organized and able to plan
Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision
Ability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately
Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
General understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding

Technical degree, military training, or equivalent applicable training preferred
