Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury and civil litigation cases

Manage all aspects of litigation, including case management, trial preparation, and courtroom representation

Conduct legal research and analyze case law to develop litigation strategies

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in mediation and court

Consult with clients to discuss case strategy and provide legal advice

Prepare for and conduct depositions, discovery, and evidence analysis

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the litigation process

Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to litigation and personal injury cases
