Account Manager, Paid Social
BMG360 is a high growth, private equity backed, tech enabled marketing agency that specializes in direct response advertisements. They are seeking a Paid Social Account Manager to oversee client communication, campaign coordination, and creative performance reporting for paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients across all paid social needs
Lead weekly status calls, performance discussions, and ongoing communication
Clearly communicate campaign updates, creative needs, insights, and next steps
Coordinate the development, delivery, and trafficking of paid social creative assets (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Manage internal workflows with creative strategists, designers, editors, and media buyers to ensure all deliverables meet platform best practices
Keep deadlines, deliverables, and approvals on track using project management tools (Monday.com, Linear, Asana, etc.)
Track platform trends across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube—hooks, formats, structures, editing styles, UGC patterns, creator trends
Analyze creative performance weekly/monthly to identify patterns, top performers, fatigue points, and whitespace opportunities
Build creative performance reports and dashboards outlining what’s working, what’s not, and recommended next tests
Partner with Creative Strategy to turn insights into test plans, briefs, angles, and iteration priorities
Collaborate with media buyers to understand performance metrics and the 'why' behind results (CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Thumbstop, MER)
Support the development of paid social creative testing roadmaps and optimization strategies
Contribute to weekly reports, monthly recaps, and QBR deck development with clear insights and storytelling
Ensure all campaign efforts align with client KPIs and overall paid social strategy
Work closely with creative teams to ensure assets follow platform trends, audience insights, and direct-response best practices
Provide feedback rooted in performance and paid social learnings during creative reviews
Coordinate with UGC producers to organize creator briefs, sourcing, and asset delivery
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in paid social account management, client services, or performance marketing
Strong understanding of paid social platforms—Meta Ads Manager required; TikTok Ads Manager and YouTube Shorts a plus
Ability to interpret paid social metrics and translate them into clear insights and creative recommendations
Experience working with or around creatives (UGC, video editors, designers) and media buyers
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where creative iterations move weekly
Preferred
Experience building creative reports or dashboards
Experience at a performance marketing, UGC, or creative-first agency
Understanding of creative testing frameworks (hook tests, angle tests, CTA tests, format testing)
