Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion
Responsible for project planning
Project scheduling
Material purchasing
Project reporting
Progress tracking
Exceed customers’ expectations
Ensure that work adheres to all Company safety policies and OSHA-mandated requirements
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years experience in electrical contracting, ideally service operations or PM
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, installation, and service practices
Excellent communication, organization, and customer‑service skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs, crews, and priorities
Proficiency with project management or work order systems; MS Office / Google Workspace
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Journeyman/Master Electrician license
Estimating experience; familiarity with ServiceTitan, Accubid, ConEst, etc
Commercial/industrial service background (healthcare, property management companies, restaurants, data centers, manufacturing)
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
