In this role, you will develop and manage relationships with content partners, negotiate deals, and support strategic initiatives to drive Audible’s growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and investigate new partnership opportunities which support Audible’s strategic goals
Develop deal structures and evaluate deal economics with constituents across the organization (Finance, Legal, Product, Content, Strategy)
Negotiate terms for new distribution and content opportunities
Perform ad hoc strategic analysis to support executive decision-making
Monitor the competitive landscape to identify emerging areas of opportunity and potential risks
Engage with content partners to ensure ongoing relationship development and management
Coordinate with key stakeholders within Audible (Legal, Finance, Marketing, PR, Content Services, Business Development, etc.) to draft and process contracts, implement deals, and give exposure to partners via our merchandising and marketing teams
Track and communicate deal terms within the organization and act as the first line of enforcement of deal terms if necessary

Required

Bachelor's degree
Experience in developing financial models and analyzing large data sets
2+ years of deal negotiation experience

Preferred

Experience with SQL and/or using data visualization tools like Tableau
Experience or interest in digital media and publishing
Well-versed in current streaming media trends and the evolution of technology distribution platforms
