Responsibilities

Review, plan, coordinate, and support the daily work of the department with a continuous focus on our ALPS priorities – Sustainability, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
Drive daily ALPS Performance Meetings and weekly Improvement Meetings in the department
Participate in projects and improvement initiatives
Participate in all aspects of the Problem Resolution Process to help determine the root causes of problems and create sustainable solutions
Provide departmental training as needed
Develop and audit SOPs as required and drive continuous improvement to standard processes
Execute and follow up on the department production schedule
Perform final inspections (physical and documentation) on the department’s finished goods
Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s)
Investigate claims and support resolution
Serve as liaison between the dept., support functions, and Team Manager
Ability to multi-task, self-manage, and prioritize to meet deadlines
Observe all company policies
