Launching social media accounts for our products and brands from zero across all platforms
Managing our portfolio of channels and content pieces in a consistent, structured and professional manner
Collaborating with creative teams to deliver exceptional daily content with cohesive messaging across all platforms
Leading and mentoring content creators while establishing streamlined workflows and quality assurance processes
Developing audience growth frameworks through sophisticated analysis of engagement metrics and viral content patterns
Cultivating authentic fan communities through strategic engagement and proactive community management
Qualification
Required
Pursuing degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field from a reputable university
Intensive social media management experience in entertainment, music, or other media sectors
Advanced proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and platform-specific optimization techniques
Exceptional analytical and creative capabilities with ability to preserve authentic brand voice while driving growth
Managing multi-brand social presence across multiple established and emerging platforms
Self-motivated approach with genuine passion for creator economy, entertainment industry, and social media innovation
