Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—across an assigned US territory
Strategically engage decision-makers such as CMOs and CMIOs to build meaningful, long-term relationships
Design and execute thoughtful account plans that evolve initial pilots into long-term, scalable customer partnerships
Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and executive teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey and client handoff
Exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management, sales strategy execution, and collaboration with Client Success for post-sale expansion
Translate customer insights into actionable feedback to influence product development and improve customer outcomes
Represent the company at industry events and within key networks to generate qualified leads and elevate brand visibility
Maintain rigorous and transparent pipeline reporting and forecasting using Hubspot

Required

5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in the US healthcare market, preferably in startup environments
At least 3+ years specifically selling into US health systems as an Enterprise AE, with a proven ability to convert competitive accounts
Experience with healthcare SaaS solutions (excluding life sciences, biotech, pharma)
Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and ability to drive deals forward independently
Consultative and collaborative sales style—no ego, not 'salesy,' and thrives on building trust
Demonstrated success in building out new territories and generating pipeline from scratch
Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility across C-suite and clinical stakeholders
Comfort with ambiguity and agility in a dynamic, growth-stage company environment

Benefits

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Double base salary, plus equity
