Responsibilities

Develop, review and finalize construction documents for entitlement, permitting and construction. Maintain an adopted ownership mindset throughout the design and construction process

Lead projects through deign and entitlements through to construction completion

Source and contract professional service agreements for design and engineering

Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, permits, and invoices

Coordinate design drawings for procurement of structural steel with Supply Chain Manager

Coordinate subcontractors/vendors; ensure compliance with contract requirements

Lead client relationship management alongside Directors and executive team

Track and report department metrics (schedule variance, compliance logs, margin forecasts)

Proper management of all billable hours in labor tracking system

Develop and refine SOPs, workflows, and project delivery systems

Responsible for project management metrics tracked on weekly basis and facilitating all-hands meetings, internal communications, and lessons learned reviews

Oversee procurement, subcontractor agreements, and pay apps

Resolve conflicts, proactively manage risk, and escalate only when needed

Mentor and coach PMs/Jr. PMs; lead onboarding/training programs
