Commercial Van/Sprinter General Sales Manager
Mercedes-Benz of Easton is a newly established standalone Sprinter Van Center in Ohio. The Commercial Van/Sprinter General Sales Manager will drive sales growth, manage daily operations, and foster a high-performance sales environment focused on commercial vans and Sprinter vehicles.

Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the commercial van sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and fleet managers
Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Collaborate with the marketing and service departments to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and ethical business practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in automotive sales management in commercial van/Sprinter sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Clean driving record
