Responsibilities
Represent clients in serious felony matters, including:
Sexual Battery
Lewd & Lascivious Molestation
Murder
Other high-level offenses
Conduct legal research, write motions, and prepare for court
Handle trials, pre-trial hearings, and negotiations with prosecutors
Collaborate with a seasoned team of attorneys and support staff
Maintain strong communication with clients
Contribute to a team-oriented, respectful, and fun work environment
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar license
Minimum 3 years of criminal trial experience
Excellent courtroom presence and trial skills
Strong legal research and writing abilities
Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor
Commitment to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality
