Director, Clinical Education Software Sales

They are seeking a Director of Clinical Education Software Sales to expand adoption of their Student Management product, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth through effective strategies and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Execute SaaS sales strategy for the Student Management product, driving new client acquisition and multi-year subscription growth
Build and manage a pipeline across health systems and assigned accounts; maintain pipeline discipline to consistently meet or exceed quota expectations
Lead prospects through all stages of the buyer journey, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, workflow assessment, solution mapping, product demonstrations, proposals, and contracting. Must be equipped for full-cycle business development, driven with personal initiative
Host workshops, presentations, product demonstrations and webinars to educate key stakeholders in the healthcare and education communities
Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementations, Product, and Marketing to ensure strong partnership between Business Development and long-term client success
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to grow pipeline
Develop relationships with all levels in an organization, including site and school coordinators, health system leaders, consortium stakeholders, and agency representatives in order to understand workflows, pain points, and healthcare pipeline strategy
Support development of market insights, competitive intelligence, and emerging themes that influence product direction and messaging
Provide updates to leadership on progress against assigned quota, KPIs, goals, and project deliverables on an ongoing basis
Represent Clinician Nexus Student Management at tradeshows and conferences; drive lead capture during exhibit hours, assist with set-up and tear-down of exhibit booth, host dinners and special events during conference schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, healthcare or related field
Prior experience in clinical education
Self-starter with proven ability to drive results in a very driven and growth-oriented organization
Ability to offer various perspectives, practice active listening, know/understand client value drivers, and comfortably discuss pricing and return on investment
Demonstrated experience developing channel partner relationships (consulting, data, and technology firms)
Demonstrates strong critical-thinking skills
Excellent listening, communication, presentation, problem-solving and time management skills, with a record of sound business logic
Demonstrate a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs
Demonstrate confidence and ability to work independently and in a team structure
Demonstrate a strong collaboration orientation with associates across all levels of an organization
Demonstrate a strong level of intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
Comfort with collaboration tools, including Teams, Notion, OneDrive, SharePoint, Slack
Preferred
Licensed in healthcare related field (RN, PT, OT, Allied Health, etc)
Master's degree in business, healthcare or related field
Experience working in a targeted account-based sales model through and with channel partners
Background in clinical education, scheduling, workforce, or HR/ATS tools
5+ years of experience in software (SaaS) sales and/or customer facing roles
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo to grow pipeline in an account-based marketing environment
