Responsibilities

Serve as the spokesperson for the project, creating energy and enthusiasm within the workforce

Develop and distribute weekly communications to employees, highlighting upcoming milestones and what's in store next week

Maintain transparency and clarity in all project-related messaging

Design and execute strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new system

Conduct readiness assessments and manage stakeholder expectations

Support training and engagement activities to prepare the workforce for transition

Build strong relationships with Executive Leadership Team, IT, and external partners

Act as the liaison between internal teams and the external vendor to resolve issues and manage risks

Act as the internal lead for the case management system rewrite project

Work hand-in-hand with the external partner's Project Manager to align timelines, deliverables, and quality standards

Coordinate internal project resources across business units and technical teams

Provide regular status updates to leadership and maintain accurate project documentation

Ensure compliance with internal standards and governance frameworks
