Responsibilities
Drive event submissions from startups, VCs, and strategic partners interested in participating in Tech Week
Source and coordinate key ecosystem partners such as venues, photographers, and other new vendor relationships
Advise partners on hosting high-quality Tech Week events
Flag standout events for the internal team to prioritize and amplify in Tech Week marketing
Communicate potential sponsorship leads from your conversations with hosts
Manage your own host pipeline: from outreach and acquisition to event submission
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in partnerships, event management, or a related marketing or customer success role (events experience essential)
Proven ability to build and maintain strong external relationships
Excellent communication and project management skills
Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and community-building
Proficient across tools and systems such as HubSpot, Airtable, Partiful, Canva, etc
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude etc.) to speed up execution across daily workflows
