Responsibilities
Investigate and provide root cause and corrective actions to address quality non-conformances
Provide engineering support for production operations including process support, troubleshooting, machine setup, and root cause analysis within the machining business unit including both conventional and non-conventional machining
Collect and analyze data to identify adverse trends and improvement opportunities
Knowledge of machining techniques and processes for manufacture
Interpret requirements to develop and maintain processes to manufacture parts and tooling to engineering drawing requirements
Ability to assist in electronic work instruction creation for manufacturing use
Interpret manufacturing inspection data to ensure product meets engineering requirements
Be able to work in a team environment. Be able to handle multi-tasking duties
Demonstrate commitment to the EH&S and continuous improvement programs by complying with all policies and procedures, completing all required training, and supporting all applicable committee activities

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
3 years technical experience
1 year manufacturing experience
Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes or machines
Preferred
CNC Machine operating and setup experience
Experience operating or programming CMM equipment
2 year technical certificate
Proficient in MS Office Suite
