Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP documentation accuracy, and support Quality in audits, CAPAs, and investigations
Create and manage controlled documents including master batch records, specifications, SOPs, and randomization documents using DMS
Coordinate label design, proofreading, production, and approval using Prisym 360 and Zebra printer hardware, ensuring regulatory compliance
Monitor and maintain label stock inventory, manage label room activities, and support packaging schedules across multiple projects
Interface with clients and internal teams to relay project updates, resolve issues, and maintain effective cross-functional communication
Utilize SAP and Microsoft tools to manage inventory, metrics, and departmental databases
Adhere to safety and sustainability protocols, reporting and correcting issues, and halting work when necessary to maintain safety
