The Talent Solutions Division Director will provide leadership to a team of sales recruiters, focusing on temporary roles in the Fashion & Lifestyle Division, while also being responsible for business development and team performance management.

Responsibilities
New business and client development
Growth strategies and planning
Strategic market penetration
Work with Marketing to create division-specific marketing campaigns
Strategic alliances
Contract negotiation
Supplier/Vendor relationship optimization and management
Customer service, delivery, and logistics
Quality assurance/control
Short- and long-term business plan creation
Team hiring and building
Sales, recruiting, and account management
Training, coaching, mentoring, and counseling
Staff analysis and development
Performance monitoring, management, and restructuring
Lead weekly team meetings
Lead daily meetings on open requisitions
Conduct performance evaluations on a routine basis (monthly/quarterly and/or annually)
Operational analysis, correction, and performance-tuning
Internal Workflow Process creation and design
Other Projects and tasks as directed by your manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of staffing and recruiting experience
2+ years of previous experience
Previous experience leading teams
Successful track record of sales and recruiting efforts
Ability to have a 'big picture' mindset and strategy
