Program Analyst/Action Officer

Responsibilities

Provide critical support assisting the Program Manager and Asst Program Manager run all aspects of their program
Support the generation of acquisition plans and strategies
Develop cost estimates, budgets, and schedules
Help coordinate cross-functional teams from government and industry to facilitate the delivery of reliable, scalable technical solutions
Draft and prepare briefings, staffing plans, monthly reviews
Develop and propose Course Of Actions (COAs) and recommendations
Track actions/minutes and maintain continuity of accountability
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, align priorities, and support milestone achievement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across DoD and industry to inform capability development and milestone planning

Required

Strong background in program management
Experience supporting defense or federal programs
Ability to closely support the Program Manager/Asst Program Manager

Ability to proactively engage with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong technical expertise
Experience in managing complex Explosive Ordnance Device manned and unmanned projects
Clearance Required: SECRET
