Responsibilities

Develop global strategies for workplace and occupancy to support SIE’s workplace goals. Effectively communicate trends, market research, and business needs to executive management
Define agile workplace offerings, occupancy strategy and space utilization including adoption of business-line specific strategies and measurement in close partnership with operational business owners
Develop programming requirements for net-new locations or reconfigurations of existing sites, leveraging data-driven space allocation metrics
Deliver workplace solutions that enable SIE employees to deliver great results that reflect regional nuances and business unit needs
Drive occupancy management, including utilizing data reporting and analytics to inform decision making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Security, HR, Legal and Procurement to ensure holistic requirements are met

Required

Minimum 7 years' experience in workplace strategy and occupancy planning
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels, articulating impact through reporting and business case presentations to executive leadership
Proven ability to effectively collaborate across departments and partner with vendor teams to drive results
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies or gaps and recommend effective solutions and processes improvements
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other space planning or workplace management software
