The role involves assisting patrons with transactions and maintaining the venue, while fostering a fun and upbeat work culture.

Responsibilities

Solicit sales of new or additional services or products offered at the venue

Take transactions in customer facing areas such as cash to card

Monitor customer belongings, and maintain coat check

Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue - this may include picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, bike racks, metal detectors, tables, and other duties as assigned

Show CARE by participating in venue sustainability efforts such as sorting waste into correct bins, educating our fans about our efforts or collecting recyclables from the lawn before and after the show

Required

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Acute sense of judgment and diplomacy

Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting, and carrying 25 lbs.+

Preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred
