They are seeking a Software Engineer to join their Globalization Engineering team, where the primary focus will be on creating global-ready products and ensuring user satisfaction across different cultures.

Responsibilities
Work as part of a small development team to invent tools and processes used by other engineers within Docusign
Implement services and user interfaces independently that can be deployed across several complex projects
Build solutions for consistent internationalization of user interfaces and APIs
Write services that support localization operations for various stacks
Identify risks to translations due to engineering shortcuts and language asymmetry
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Graduation date between June 2024 and December 2025
Exposure to core computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
Preferred
Experience building projects (academic, personal, or internship) using Typescript (other object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, Scala, or Python are also acceptable)
Proactive, problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with modern development tools, including Git for version control and an understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated testing
Fluency in a second language in addition to professional English proficiency (especially Japanese)
