Responsibilities

Design, modify, test, and deploy C# and ASP.NET applications; create and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support manufacturing systems
Configure and maintain servers, VMs, workstations, and lineside IT equipment; use tools like SNMP, What’s Up Gold, vRealize, and VNC to monitor system health and performance
Analyze system logs, debug source code, and create incident reports to resolve production-impacting issues; serve as an escalation point for MES Technicians
Work closely with production engineers, managers, and stakeholders; assist users with MES, IQIS, and PEMS systems; train and support MES Technicians
Ensure high availability of systems through clustering, replication, backups, and patching; coordinate with network, security, Infrastructure, and database teams to maintain proper configurations

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of hands-on development using C#, WinForms, ASP.NET, HTML5, AJAX, IIS, Windows Server, SQL, and Visual Studio
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in building and maintaining web and desktop applications
Comfortable in customer-facing roles, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide technical support
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation and collaboration across teams and customer
The ability to plan and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred

Prior hands-on experience in system administration and working within MES or manufacturing environments is highly valued
Familiarity with key software and technologies such as SCADA, Oracle, PL/SQL, PLC, Android, Linux, VMware, Active Directory, MES, and PGL
Understanding of industrial control systems and manufacturing-related IT infrastructure, including integration with production equipment and software platforms
