Responsibilities

Assure that all construction work conforms to approved plans and specifications

Ensure submittals are reviewed and approved by the architect/engineer

Track procurement and delivery of materials to ensure timely availability on-site

Maintain a complete and up-to-date record of submittals, approvals, and related documentation

Monitor the procurement and manufacturing processes to meet project timelines

Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process efficiently

Inspect received materials to ensure quantity, quality, and compliance with contract documents and drawings

Develop, manage, and update submittal logs throughout the project

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field

2–5 years of combined field and office experience with a reputable general contractor

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in managing submittals, RFIs, and quality inspections

Preferred

Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
