Responsibilities

Perform functional and parametric testing of circuit cards, FPGA boards, and microcontroller-based systems

Develop and execute test procedures and test plans based on engineering specifications

Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools to verify performance and identify faults

Program and validate FPGA configurations (e.g., using VHDL/Verilog) and microcontroller firmware

Troubleshoot and repair defective units down to the component level

Interface with engineering teams to provide feedback on design and test results

Support automated test equipment (ATE) and develop scripts for test automation

Work with PLC systems and ladder logic to validate control boards

Maintain accurate documentation of test results, failures, and corrective actions

Ensure compliance with quality standards and ESD protocols

Other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Manager

Qualification

Required

Associate's degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)

3+ years of experience in electronics testing or manufacturing support

Proficiency in reading schematics, datasheets, and technical drawings

Proficiency in soldering

Experience with microcontroller programming

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce

Preferred

Familiarity with FPGA development tools is a plus

Knowledge of PLC systems and ladder logic programming is a plus
