Responsibilities

Build Lasting Relationships: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with dealership accounts to enhance their profitability through tailored consulting engagements and personalized support
Maximize ROI: Drive adoption of Solera SaaS products within client businesses, ensuring they achieve a high return on investment
Identify Opportunities: Proactively generate new consulting engagement opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with our service offerings
Travel for Impact: Be prepared to travel up to 80% of the time to engage directly with dealerships, providing on-site support and consultation
Collaborate as One Team: Work alongside Solera team members, embodying our 'One Team' culture and sharing knowledge to enhance overall team performance
Exemplify Professionalism: Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions
Execute Initiatives: Deliver timely execution of departmental and company initiatives, contributing to overall success
Tackle Complex Challenges: Manage and resolve moderate to complex tasks related to the success of and requests from your assigned dealerships
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze various data sets to provide actionable recommendations to your dealership clients and internal teams
Achieve KPIs: Meet specific individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) while embracing additional responsibilities as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong automotive dealership experience is highly preferred
A minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with SaaS accounts, particularly within the automotive dealership sector is preferred
At least 1 year of experience with SaaS products, ideally utilized by automotive dealerships
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus
Proven ability to conduct training sessions and present effectively to both small and large groups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively over the phone, through virtual meetings, and in person
A strong sense of personal accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
